Brent grew up in the Dallas area in a Christian home with two younger sisters. He was at church every time the doors were open.
Brent received a bachelor’s degree in Speech/Telecommunication from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Brent has served in churches all over Texas, including Dallas, Kingwood, Pearsall; and one in Atlanta, GA. Brent has enjoyed a diverse ministry working with students, A/V media, music, and his favorite, adult education. Currently, Brent serves at Houston’s Champion Forest Baptist Church as Pastor to Biblical-Literacy, Senior Adults, Deaf Champion (ASL), Evangelism and Prayer.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Holly, and they have twin adult daughters.
Brent enjoys hiking, biking, shooting/editing video and woodworking. Most of all, he enjoys studying God’s Word and teaching its Truth to those following Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
